What does your warranty cover?

Metro Roof Cleaning has treated your roof for stains caused by an algae known as gloeocapsa magma. Metro Roof Cleaning guarantees that no stains will reappear for a period of two years from the date of service.

What this warranty does not cover?

We are only treating stains caused by the algae. Rust stains, paint stains, or other staining not caused by the algae are not covered in this warranty. Any existing stains not caused by the algae will be pointed out at time of service.

How long is my warranty?

Two years from the date of service as listed on the invoice.

What will we do to correct the problem?

We will retreat the affected area(s) at no charge.
